Communicate without creating stress

I don’t know why it took a year and a half for WordPress.tv to post this video of Chris Lema’s keynote at WordCamp Sacramento 2017. I’m just glad they did, because he provides some great insight into communicating with different types of people you’ll encounter through your marketing materials, on your website, in proposals, even in person. Without adapting your message to these people, you may unintentionally be causing them stress. And stressed people rarely click the “buy” button.
