Athena’s Advanced Academy

Athena’s is a directory of online courses for gifted students, grades 3-12. It showcases over 90 courses in 30 categories. The brief for this site redesign was to simplify the design and navigation to improve usability and performance.

In order to display the unique features of each course, the administrative area of the site is customized to allow for the entry of course-specific information, which is then used in various combinations throughout the site. It was also important that the administration process be simple enough for the site owner and staff to add and modify courses throughout the year.
